SUBMISSIONS

Our submissions are open to all. There is no limit on age, experience, or nationality.

We welcome both original works and translations. Translations must be accompanied by statements granting us permission to publish both the original work and the translation online. You must also declare that you are in a position to grant us such rights, meaning that you must have permission from the writer, publisher, and translator.

We welcome new or previously published works. If a work has previously been published, you must retain the online publication rights. We ask only for non-exclusive online publication rights.

We welcome simultaneous submissions. Please inform us as soon as possible if a work you have submitted has been accepted elsewhere.

    • your name

    • the title of the work
    • the names of translator and writer
  2. Your work
  3. The work in its original language
  4. A statement granting us permission to publish both the original work and the translation online, as well as declaring that you are in a position to grant us such rights (permission from the translator, the writer, and the publisher, if applicable). (View sample here)
  5. Short biographies of about 200 words for both the writer and translator
  6. Optional, but encouraged: a short write-up of about 300 words or shorter, providing context and discussing the challenges of this particular translation
